Q. What payment options do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks and PayPal.

Q. How often do you change your product listings?
A. Our Inventory Changes Continuously! Ordering promptly will best insure that your desired equipment is reserved. Our website is updated daily. Do not hesitate to contact us if there is a product that you desire but do not see posted on our site. Our inventory is constantly changing and is often replenished.

Q. After I place my order how long will it be before it ships and who handles your shipping?
A. Most equipment will ship the same day the order is placed. If not you will be notified of the delay. 2nd-Byte ships all equipment via UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified.

Q. What conditions are your products sold as?
A. All products sold by 2nd-byte Technology are in Grade “A” condition. All sales are completed on an "AS IS" basis. The photos posted on this site are generally, but not held to being, the exact image of the item being sold.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. 2nd-Byte guarantees a 30-day Warranty in conjunction with the purchase; 2) Customer subject to a 20% restocking fee for items returned for reasons other than hardware related; 3) 2nd-Byte tests each returned items prior to submitting refunds.

Q. What about Sales Tax?
A. Sales tax charges will apply to orders shipped to IA, KS, MO, MN, AZ, TX, TX, IN, NE, WI and CA. Resellers with a valid tax certificate will be allowed purchase equipment and pay the applicable tax to the appropriate taxing authority upon resale
